American Guidance Service (now Pearson Assessment)

While working as a research associate and then Associate Director, Dr. McCloskey oversaw the development of 13 assessment products over the course of only 5 years, a rate of productivity never previously attained, and as yet unmatched, in the field of test development.  This was accomplished with a staff that varied in size from 1 to 3 research associates, 2 to 4 editors, 1-3 data analysts, 2 test site coordinators, and 4-8 clerical staff, which amounted to a development staff less than 1/3rd to 1/5th the size of larger competitors who produced far fewer products in that same time frame.
